This is a licensed venue – outside alcohol is not permitted.

A £20 cash deposit for a locker will be taken on arrival. This will be credited to your bar tab.
Any unused balance will be refunded upon return of your locker key.
Remaining balances may be settled by cash or card before departure.

Zero tolerance for drugs – anyone found in possession or under the influence will be asked to leave.
Protection is essential – please bring your own condoms.
No smoking or vaping indoors

💦 Venue Facilities
Two luxury hot tubs – swimwear is optional. Guests may also bring a cover-up for walking to and from the hot tubs.

Outdoor smoking/vaping area for your convenience.
